Local shipping (Singapore)
We offer complimentary doorstep delivery for all addresses within Singapore. Order(s) will be shipped within 5-7 calendar days after you receive an order confirmation email.
International shipping
We deliver to Malaysia for a flat fee of SGD15 via NinjaVan.
A flat fee of SGD25 is applied on all other international orders, and delivered via DHL Express.
Returns
You may return your item(s) over the counter at our physical store at Great World Singapore, unit 01-131, within 14 calendar days from date of purchase.
If all conditions are met*, you will receive shop credits valid online or in-store for a period of 180 days. This will enable you to make a new purchase of a better-suited item.
